A true woman of God and an example of a virtuous woman, Roline is a gifted preacher, teacher, and writer. Since September 2003, she has been a member of St. Mark Baptist Church, Little Rock, Arkansas, under the leadership of Bishop Steven M. Arnold. She is one of the historic group of women, affectionately known as “The St. Mark 9”, in the 117 year history of St. Mark to be licensed as a minister of the Gospel.

Possessing a down to earth and realistic manner, Roline is recognized as a role model and highly sought after counselor and mentor. She has the unique ability of connecting with women of all ages from diverse ethnic backgrounds. She uses this strength to help empower and equip others to become purposeful Kingdom builders.

Along with her husband, Roline is the Founder and Director of Earnest and Roline Ministries (www.earnestandroline.com), a ministry which seeks to edify the body of Christ through the avenue of Biblical based teaching in the form of workshops, seminars, conferences, and personal counseling. Roline also founded and serves as Director of D.I.V.A.S. (Divinely Inspired Virtuous Anointed Sistas) Ministry, designed to minister to the spiritual and emotional needs of the total woman. This international ministry has members across the globe which meets daily via a private internet forum.

As a member of St. Mark, Roline lends her service, gifts and talents to many areas. She and her husband are the Marriage, Premarital & General Needs Counselors for the church’s 7500 plus membership. Roline is currently organizing and will oversee St. Mark’s Soul Care Counseling Ministry. Roline faithfully gives leadership to the Prison Ministry and facilitate a Marriage Ministry Group. An anointed teacher, she serves as an instructor in the Roddy E. Collins School of Ministry and Church Wide Studies. She serves on the Outreach Council which plans the work of the Outreach Ministry. Roline authored three 7-Day Devotional Study Books used by the Foreign Mission Teams.

Known for her captivating illustrations and transparency in teaching, Roline is an anointed preacher who has not only stood on platforms in the USA, but also, she has ministered in Nairobi. Kenya.

Roline also serves as a Volunteer & Trainer with the Central Arkansas Department of Community Correction (CADCC) and is a mentor to several former inmates.

Roline and her husband, Pastor Earnest Thomas together have 4 daughters, Valencia, Brandi, Catherine and Veronica Camille, and 1 granddaughter, Nidra (age 6), and 1 grandson, Daylen (age 3).
