Roline's Stuffed Bell Peppers

4 large green bell peppers (cut in half, and clean out seeds)
1 lb shrimp (peel and cut in half)
2 – 6 oz can White crabmeat, drained (I use chicken of the sea, found by the tuna)
3 tbsp butter
½ med onion chopped
½ bunch green onions (chopped)
1 stalk celery
¾ cp plain breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter over med heat. Saute green onions, onion & celery.
Reduce heat to low. Add shrimp & crabmeat. Saute until shrimp is pink.
Remove pan from heat. Stir in breadcrumbs, add salt & pepper.
Spoon mixture into peppers. Place in a baking dish.
To the pan, add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.
