Pork Chops with Onion Gravy

Ingredients
4-1 to 1 ½ in thick pork Chops
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp veg oil
2 med onions, cut in half & sliced
1 cp beef broth
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water




Preparation
Season chops. Coat evenly with flour, shaking off excess. Cook chops n hot oil, 3 min on each
side. Add onion. Cook 5 min turning chops once. Add broth, cover, reduce heat and simmer 15
min or until chops are done. Remove chops. Stir together cornstarch and water, then stir into
mixture. Cook over med-high heat, stirring constantly, 3 min or until gravy is thickened and bubbly.
Spoon over chops and serve immediately.
