Chicken (I use drummettes or boneless thighs, which I cut up after cooking)
1 lb Smoked sausage
2 med. Chopped onions
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Chopped bell Pepper
2 cups rice, long grain
3 Chicken bouillon cubes
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
1 cup Chopped green onion
Boil chicken in water (For extra flavor I add crab boil, this is optional). Remove from pot. Saute
onions, celery, green pepper, and sliced sausage in a very little oil. Return chicken to the pot. Add
2 ½ cups water, salt & Pepper, bouillon cubes, and Kitchen Bouquet. Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice and retun to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. After about 10 minutes and stir.
Cook until rice is done. Stir in green onions & seafood.
